Deleting Glossary Terms

To create new terms or edit the definition of existing glossary terms, you must either be part of the Administrators group or be assigned the “User Can Manage Glossary Terms” right in the Caliber Administrator.

To delete a glossary term:

  1. In Caliber, click Tools > Glossaries from the menu.
  2. Select the glossary term you want to delete from the drop-down list.
  3. Click the Delete Term button.

    The Deleting Glossary dialog box is displayed

  4. Click OK to delete the glossary, or Cancel to save the glossary.
  5. 5 Click Close to close the Glossaries dialog box.
