Arranging User-Defined Attribute in Order

Once you have created your user-defined attributes, you can arrange them in the order you want them to appear.

Note: You must have Administrator privileges to arrange user-defined attribute order.

To arrange your user-defined attributes:

  1. Click Administration.
  2. Click Requirement Types. The Requirement Types dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select the requirement type whose user-defined attribute you want to arrange.
  4. Click Edit. The requirement type window is displayed.
  5. Select the custom tab where the attributes you want to arrange are located.
  6. Click Edit. The Edit Custom Tab window is displayed.
  7. Select the attribute you wish to move in the selected list.
  8. Use the Move Up or Move Down button to move the attribute higher or lower in the list.
  9. Click OK to save the order.
