To Print Glossary Terms in the Table

  1. Use the following syntax in your Word template to print glossary terms from a project in a table.

    $BEGIN_GLOSSARY_ROW
    <<Glossary_Name>>

    <<Term>>

    $END_GLOSSARY_ROW

  2. Use the following syntax to print glossary terms using the multiple projects template
    $MULTIPLE_PROJECT
    $PROJECT{Address Book}
    $BASELINE{Current Baseline}
    Name Term Definition
    $BEGIN_GLOSSARY_ROW(Address Book,Current Baseline)
    <<Glossary Name>>
    <<Term>>
    <<Definition>>
    $END_GLOSSARY_ROW
  3. Use the following syntax, to print the track changes in glossary between two baselines of a project.
    $DIFF{Current Baseline–Version 1.0}
    Name Term Definition
    $BEGIN_GLOSSARY_ROW
    <<Glossary Name>>
    <<Term>>
    <<Definition>>
    $END_GLOSSARY_ROW
    Note: Normally, track changes point out the differences between the baselines. Since glossary is in the project scope regardless of the baselines, DIFF command will not show any difference.
