Invoking Spell Checker

The Spell Checker allows you to check the spelling of a requirement description. There are four methods available for invoking the Spell Checker:

Note: If your client is installed on a Japanese operating system, the Spell Checker is disabled.

To invoke a spell checker:

  1. Select File > Options > Spelling to set the option to automatically check spelling upon saving the requirement.

    The Spell Checker automatically checks spelling when you click the Save button or select File > Save Settings from the menu.

  2. Press the F7 function key.
  3. Click the Spelling button on the toolbar.
  4. Select Tools > Options > Spelling from the menu.

When Spell Checker is invoked, the Spelling dialog box is displayed.
