Working with User Accounts and Workspaces

A workspace in Caliber Visualize allows you to control the availability of Caliber Visualize projects by assigning projects to a workspace and enabling access rights to the workspace for specific Caliber Visualize users. A workspace must be created before you can add a user account. User accounts are set up to allow full use of the tools, including defining requirements, and designing scenarios and building simulations. You must be logged on to the Admin Console as an administrator to manage user accounts.

As an administrator, you can assign a user name and a password to each user. Passwords are encrypted after they are entered into the system. After you have assigned a user account, the user has the capability to update her or his email information, user name, and password in the system without assistance from you.
