Using the Logic Editor with Data Tables

Choices in the Logic Editor are based on the following criteria:
  • A data table
  • The actions the application takes from the point where the logic object is placed in the diagram.

Not all logic objects require variables or data settings. The built-in Logic Editor is used if complex data manipulation is needed, such as data filtering, using expressions, or setting up a search statement.

The logic diagram object relates to a data table based on the connections made to other objects.
