Setting Rectangle Properties

  1. Double-click the screen action containing the rectangle object to set the properties of. The Screen Editor appears.
  2. Select the rectangle object.
  3. In the Details window, click the Rectangle bar.
  4. Select and set the properties in the Details window.
    Selection Function
    Arrange Moves the object to the front or the back of other objects in the screen action.
    X ,Y Sets the location position on the screen action. This setting defaults to the current location.
    Width, Height Sets the width and height of the object boundary. This setting defaults to the current object size.
    Background color Provides a color chooser box that opens the palette and sets the background color.
    Border color Provides a color chooser box that opens the palette and sets the border color.
    Border thickness Sets the border from one pixel up to as many as appropriate.

    Note: Setting the border size to zero renders the border invisible.

    Opacity Sets the opacity ratio that determines how transparent the object appears. The ratio is from zero, which is completely transparent, to one hundred percent, which is completely opaque.
  5. Click Save on the Screen Editor toolbar. The settings are applied and saved.
